Service here has gone down significantly over the last few weeks with the new girl at the drive through taking orders. I?ve... have 3 interactions with her and every time she is short, rushes you. She closes your order early if you have any requests. This morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal, with an iced coffee, and when I tried telling her how I wanted mycoffee, she cut me off twice before closing out my order. She closed my order without my requests and couldn?t be botheredwith updating my order either and went on to take the other orders. This is not the first time she?s done this, it?s been3times so far over the last three weeks. Never going back to this Macdonalds, there are plenty of other fast food places withbreakfast that actually take special requests and provide decent service. Hot as hell inside, busy lunch time at noon. I cashier was very nice or acknowledge anyone at all. Even the manager that came to... fix register was not polite . The order taker machine didn't give u your receipts, told manager she said it will print shortly.Well we ate lunch there about 20 minutes still no receipt came out. I'd say shut town the place. From the lobby I can tell there is NO leadership. There might be people in ?leadership? positions, but they?re doing anything... except leading. I see two or three people out of probably 10 or more employees, working. There?s nobody at the front counter andpeople have been waiting well over 10 minutes for someone to assist them. A couple customers have had to walk in due toincorrect orders in drive thru. People waiting to get straws and dipping sauces are standing at the counter with nobodyacknowledging them. Several employees are walking around aimlessly or gathered around chatting. They need a complete overhaul ofwhat they call ?management?. There?s no customer service here. Literally NONE. The dining room and bathroom were clean and service was solid. The food was good
Alright this store has always had its issues but what fast food place doesn't. Clearly they need to TRAIN their employees better... as this is day 2 of a wrong order simply because they were NOT paying attention. I hate the cheese and always order my sandwichwithout it. They stuck the little label on the sandwich that says no cheese and yet again it has cheese on it. Read more
Mostly friendly staff. GM is very friendly and helpful. Don't go there during rush hours as they struggle to keep the place... running and clean at the same time. However off hours are usually pleasant with a clean lobby and restrooms. Food is good duringthe week but on Sunday the fries are usually way off on the quality. Drive thru needs a new coat of paint. However all in allone of the more pleasurable McDonalds to eat at. Read more
McDonald's store #34669, At the front counter was this calendar showing daily specials for July. Today is July 8th, it says... "free happy meal with any Combo order". I ordered my Combo and a happy meal. I got to my seat and noticed i was charged for thehappy meal. I went up front and ask for this to be corrected and the store Manager "Sherane" said it was not available at thewalk up counter inside were i ordered, only from the McDonald's App. I said for one, no where on this sheet does it say that andtwo, why do you have it at the walk up counter inside were people walk up to order, if it's not for walk in costumers? She saidit was posted outside and she wasn't going to do anything to correct it and I needed to learn to read. I buy from this storeeveryday, sometimes twice daily but today that lost my business, my families business and as many friends as I can get to stopgoing here. It's not ever the money, this Manager is very unprofessional and rude! Even the lady working the counter agreedwith what i was saying. Oh well, On to a better place to order from. Read more
One of the worst McDonalds I have ever eaten at in years. They are constantly slow at providing the food, the always forget the... sauces or don?t provide all of them requested. Today was the final straw. I ordered $30 worth of food online and picked it upthrough the drive through. The food took longer and they asked us to pull around. I reminded the person at the window to pleasecheck to make sure all the sauces we requested were put in the bag. She said she would and when the food was brought out the bagwas so full we couldn?t check it for the sauces until we got home. When we got home there were none of the sauces we hadrequested. I called to complain to the manger and he asked if we would drive back to get the sauces they forgot and we hadreminded them about. I told them ?No? we would not be driving back letting our foot get cold so that we could get the saucesthey had forgotten twice that we had asked to be included. The manager said, ?so what do you want me to do about it?. I informedhim that our family would never be coming back and I doubt they even care. Read more
