Nice atmosphere and friendly staff though food is a tad underwhelming. Very large portion of fries but the fish portion in my... fish & chips was very small and also under seasoned. Very fresh and hot and crispy though. Read more
I wish I could say Tanners boathouse was a priceless experience, but it was actually $93 for a small piece of fish on a roll. ... Anyone who likes the fish has clearly never had any before. Shrek?s Boathouse is also great if you?re looking to not over eat.I finished my small fried fish pieces within 2 minutes and was not in the mood to eat the hill of fries. My advice: save your$30 on the lobster roll, buy a fishing net, and go catch one yourself. Then at least you know you?ll be getting your money?sworth- but don?t go fishing in the swamp next to the restaurant. Read more
