Horrible cold pretzels even took back order of nibs got plain pretzel which was cold and soggy.

Can't walk past it with out getting an original pretzel ..extra salt yum

Love it here. Went to get my favorite sweet almond pretzel and they are always super nice.

Went in at the start of a rush during my break at work. I understand we're a busy mall, but the girl who was being trained on... the register was left alone when she didn't even know to push in a #1. Another girl came over to help and has her ring up mywhole order, then rudely says the exact words "you have to wait 5 minutes for pretzels to be made." If you have nothing made,tell people BEFORE wasting their time AND yours?! I always get excited because Auntie Anne's seems to be dying out, but thecustomer service is terrible for the prices. I went durring the week before the snow storm and it was great and little short staffed but the food was great. I went back that... Friday and the pretzels were hard and not salted. When I asked for another pretzel the guy up front argued with me that they aresupposed to be like that. He also smelled like marijuana. When I asked for the owner he wasnt there and lives in another statemaking money off hard workimg Pennsylvanians and spending our money in new Jersey. Place is hit or miss. Seems like certain daysthe food is great and then other days. It's trash. Not going back. Read more
