Very poor. The initial service was good. Got drinks and food order in quickly. Downhill from there. My fish order was burned to... the bottom of the pan. The "baked" potato was microwaved - warm and hard as a raw potato. My wife's soup had no spoon. Theycompletely forgot my daughter's food. When they finally brought my daughter's food, it was wrong. The place was spotless, the waitresses were accommodating and speedy, and they did a great job handling all the guests! I... ordered the fish and chips, which were very hot and tasty, they didn't have that frozen taste, but I'm no Chef Ramsay. Had theseafood gumbo, which was also very good! Good service and nice Environment here. Foods are okay. The spinach crab dip picture was taken after half-way finished. We were... too hungry. It was not bad. The James River Oysters tasted good. It has a little sweet favor. The Seafood Norfolk is fine. Ithas few shrimps, crab meat, and few scallops. Snowcrab legs are not recommended. I didn't get to taste the steak, so no commenton this one. Steam clams (little neck) with garlic butter at the bottom of the bucket, It is really hard to dip the clam withthe sauces at the bottom. Which makes it taste wise not excellent. And the garlic butter sauce is a bit too light, barely getthe taste of it. Read more

So...upon walking in I was a bit skeptical. The place has a very meandering layout (not sure it's efficient for service). And... the deco was dated, tables warn and menus had that sticky look and feel. Despite all this we had an awesome--friendly, but notannoyingly so, waitress, who did everything she could to give us exactly what we wanted. Beau was A+! I'm not a seafood eater,but my salad was generous and tasty. And my friends said their dishes were excellent! They had shrimp several ways, The fish ofthe day (Flounder), Oysters Rockafeller. Tonight's dinner was fantastic! Everything was cooked perfectly. I had the crab bowl with king crab claw and crab clusters. My... husband had the stuffed shrimp. We shared 2 dozen steamed clam's. Our server, Brian was excellent and attentive and went out ofhis way to get us what we requested that wasn't on the menu. Read more
Honestly the food was mediocre. The snow crab was watery (not cooked enough) and the steak didn't have much flavor. $125... meal for two we expected better. Side note if your radio station is skipping in and out due to weather or whatever turn itoff. Very annoying Read more
