This business is closed. But when it was open and the rude next door neighbor didn't shut down the music scene , this was an... absolute gem. You've got to go! They have hard alcohol and beer (on tap and bottles) but this is a neat spot. Gorgeous views of the mountains... with all kinds of activities to do while you relax (listen to the live radio station, play volleyball, sit outside, etc). I didnot eat here, but it was bar food with a limited selection. Read more
I want to like the place, I really do. Honestly though, I've just had too many bad experiences to let slide at this point. For... example: I went there yesterday for happy hour. Place was only about half full. Ordered a Modelo and a "cowboy burger". When myfood finally came out, it was burnt to a crisp and rock-hard, with a bun that was ice cold. So they offered to remake it. Waited30 minutes for the replacement, and what I got was rubbery, undercooked bacon, on a plain patty that didn't even have any sauceon it. So they said to go to the counter and ask for a refund. While I'm paying for my beer, I had to stop the lady and ask ifit was really $7 for a single Modelo? Turns out they had put a vodka I never ordered on my tab as well. Hard fail on everypoint. Not the first time stuff like this has happened to me there either. Great venue with superb staff, and spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Volleyball on Tuesday and fridays for... some extra summertime fun. Also good music from time to time as well! Might be the best happy hour deals on food too! Could saymore about this place, but you will just have to check it out yourself! P.S. children friendly. Read more
Terribly disappointing. After we reserved the backyard for our private event, KTAO double booked it with the ski swap. It was... chaotic and unprofessional. When we asked for help clearing uninvited guests the manager was insulting and unhelpful. We feltcompletely blown off and unsupported. So sad to see one of our great locations provide such poor customer service and apparentlynot be concerned about it at all. Read more

When I'm in Taos, I listen to KTAO Solar Radio! I didn't realize the bar/restaurant was closed permanently. So sad. I liked... going there, sitting outside, and putting my feet in the grass while looking at the mountains. Happy Hour prices weregreat. They're currently doing a Trash and Treasures flea market on Saturdays from 9 to 3. Its a fun place to shop, with localvendors who have cool items for sale. Read more
