We came here to see music on a Friday night and ended up coming back two more times in a two night trip. The outdoor space is... great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. One of our daughters has multiple food allergies so eating out can be hard butwe had no problem finding stuff here and the staff happily answered all our questions, she loved it. Plant Base Cafe was exactly what we needed in Taos. A new place that serves fully Vegan food that was also delicious. I was able... to get three separate proteins for my three amazing breakfast tacos. The salad was fantastic and all around the patio was greatvibes. So lucky to have found this amazingly cute cafe! We\'d been traveling through New Mexico with friends from Switzerland - one of... their daughters is vegan and she was in heaven. This is a nice option in Taos, but pricey. Rating would be higher if food came out when prepared by the kitchen. We like our... fries piping hot and fresh from the fryer, they were warm. The thin crust pizza dough, gluten free, was very good but the nutbased cheese had a runny consistency that made me think it wasn\'t fully cooked. The mushroom risotto was excellent.
