I would like to thank the sonic in Taos for working so hard to serve our group of 21 even though there were signs everywhere... about the staffing issues/increased wait times. We gave them our list of 21 orders with different drinks and everything and theypacked it all so efficiently and there was not a single mistake in all 21 orders. The workers who helped us were all so kind anddidn?t seem frustrated at such a large group coming in with so many orders and definitely helped make our trip a little biteasier. Thank you! Read more
Waited an hour in the drive-through for two glasses of water and a Redbull slush. When I finally got my drink the lid had brown... dirt on it had to send it back. Read more
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. Fries were a cozy room temperature.
I have tried and tried to be patient with this Sonic. It is far from ?sonic? speeds? if you order here, be prepared to wait AT... LEAST 30 minutes minimum. Every. Time. The food is consistent with other sonics, but the service is horrific. Read more
This has to be the absolute slowest and worst Sonic I have ever been to! They are way under staffed! And apparently their ice... cream machine is down too! I will never attempt to go here again! 20min+ waits in the Drive-Thru line .. ridiculous!! ???? Read more
They are excellent at messing up every order. I wait in the drive thru to double check everything and they get huffy and try to... shoo me away. But if something is wrong they just say come back and we'll fix it. I'm not waiting in line for another hour. Nowonder nobody wants to work there. Poor people get all the blame. Read more
The drink was good. The meal, well it was absolutely awful. Here's a pic of what is supposed to be a chicken strip w gravy. The... poppers actually were ok and fresh-ish. I will not eat here again. A brutal fast food experience that frankly was embarrassingfor such a cool city. Read more
