I have always thought Subway is over rated. I mean the best they have are the little pizzas. This time round I got a "Philly"... and I ate it but it tasted weird. The female employee behind the counter was attentive and kept a positive attitude while taking my order, but everything else... about our visit here wasn't so great. The tables were all messy from previous customers, the guy at the register seemedinattentive and I had to ask for utensils three times before he tossed it on the counter, and my boyfriend found a hair in histuna sandwich. Always the most pleasant staff dealing with unfortunate stuff. Today everything was awesome. I spilled my drink and they helped... clean everything while keeping a positive attitude. Love this subway. Read more

Quick Update: I got in touch with the Subway corporate office and Janet called me back and apologized for the situation. She... also did assure me that she will send a team to Taos to work with the subway team there to make sure that they are properlytrained and know how to make customers feel welcome and resolve issues without aggravating thesituation. ---------------------------- Most Unpleasant experience !!! I was visiting Taos with my family (from Texas) and Igot Mexican local food for myself, but my two young kids opted for their familiar food of which subway was one of them. Myyounger daughter is a vegetarian, so she asked for a vegetarian sandwich. She asked for her bread to be toasted, however theyhad not asked her about toasting it first before putting the vegetables on it. When she said that she wanted the bread toasted,they told her that it's against Subway Corporate Policy to toast the bread with vegetables on it. They should have redone herorder and toasted the bread first before putting the vegetables on it. However they refused to do that. My daughter is veryshy so she did not say anything but she came back to the car (where I was waiting) and she was crying saying they would nottoast her bread. I took the sandwich and went into the subway store myself and asked them to change it out with a toastedbread. The manager was extremely rude and grabbed the sandwich from my hand and slammed it into the trash can. They did redothe sandwich for me.. The workers I cold tell understood the situation and they were trying their best. When I was walking outthe manager came out of the backroom and told me that that subway was private property and if I came there again, I would betrespassing and he would call the police on me. I will try to contact Subway Corporate on this and express my displeasure onthis whole experience. Meanwhile, I have told my kids to boycott subway. Read more
Very unpleasant visit it was a mess the selection bar was very messy. The two people Working we're very unprofessional they were... cussing. Says store closes at 10 but it's only 9:15 and the signs already off. Read more
Horrible experience at this Taos Location!!! This bully manager making one of the employees humiliated in the dinning room in... front of our family while dining in. How completely unprofessional. I even asked him why he was doing this and he flipped me andmy husband off. Horrible management for sure!! Read more
