BEST burrito I have ever had!! My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick place to eat before white water rafting and we were... happy we found this place. The ladies working were so nice and very quick. I had the chicharrón burrito with green chile andpico and it was absolutely amazing. The tortilla was soft and the burrito was giant and hot! I was in heaven with every piece ofcrunchy on the outside but chewy on the inside melt in your mouth niblet of chicharrón. It was a good price for a giantburrito, had to save the other half for later! We will be stopping here every time we come to Taos! Read more

The burrito was good, not hot ???? chillie but had good flavor.
I got my usual chili hot hog. Got home and this is what I got. The most unappetizing looking dog on the planet. No chili on the... dog and no cheese. The bread wasn't even split on the right side. Some one knowingly just threw it in the box. Not worth $5. Ifyou were open when I went back I wouldn't even ask for a redo. Tried to find a good breakfast burrito on a Wednesday morning. The first two spots were closed and this was the third on the... list. This was by far some of the best smothered breakfast burritos I have ever experienced- every bite was better than thelast. Don't miss this food truck if you are in Taos. Memorably great breakfast burrito with chorizo. Perfectly constructed and easy... to hold and neat to eat. The burrito is very generously sized, and was big enough to share for a light breakfast. Theseasonings and flavors were superb. Fresh ingredients. Sweet, friendly staff.
