My family and I decided to try out the new restaurant last night. Service was okay and the food was nothing to brag about. My... dad ordered the double bone pork chop, which ended up coming out raw. We gave it back to the server and expected it to come offthe bill since he didn?t even eat it. Management wouldn?t take it off, so we ended up paying for a $26 meal he didn?t eat. If I could give them a 0 I would. Called on Wednesday to make a reservation the lady said everything was fine it was no problem.... Called when we were on the way there Saturday to confirm and apparently we weren?t on the list! So we were hoping they couldaccommodate us considering we had a reservation but nope. Wonderful steak, seafood and wood fire pizza place! We luckily were sat near the wood fire oven where they cook pizza! It was... great to watch and the food was awesome! Lovely atmosphere and staff! My husband ordered a pizza and I ordered flounder. The flounder came out with scales on the bottom piece and we had to ask... where the pizza was when they only brought one meal. We even had to ask for silverware but didn\'t get silverware or water untilafter we had finished the appetizer. The pizza was never cooked because the pizza lady had a personal issue and left, so hedidn\'t get food. 20 minutes after receiving the flounder, they told us about the pizza lady leaving and said the pizza wasbeing cooked. 30 minutes later, there was still no pizza. We asked for the check and said to put the pizza in a to-go box butthey told us the pizza was never actually made. Completely ruined a nice night out. Will never return to this ill-run joke of arestaurant. Read more
