I stood at the carry out window for ten minutes wanting to buy ice cream. Three employees looked at me but never acknowledged... me. A simple ?I will be right with you? would have sufficed. Instead the kids looked at me and never bothered. I know things canget busy, but customer service is important. At least acknowledge a customer and we will be very patient with you.
