Shay was great! Food was great and hot! Love the French onion soup.

Michael was excellent multitasking as bartender, cook, server, greeter. Our burgers were decent.

VERY poor service, waited over 30 minutes to just get the (non-alc) drinks. Food was hit or miss? in terms of wether or not it... even arrived. (Not getting it would probably have been the best thing, as the disk on my plate - they said was steak - was worsethan going hungry.) The place is not managed competently at all, as no aspect of the establishment resembles the concept of adining experience anyone would wish to relive! Gave us plastic silverware at first. Seated us by staff area ugh. Waitress was nice and food good.

Food was good. Service started off great and went down hill quickly.

It's Applebee's, with their 30 year old menu... meh. It was the only place that didn't have a table wait, but we damn sure... waited on the food and like another restaurant we recently visited... all of our meals came out separately and my meal was thepretzel sticks appetizer that was overcooked and soggy with grease. Ate one of the four. Son had a plain burger ordered MR, itcould have been used as a hockey puck... 3 attempts to get his meal straight and all 3 attempts failed! I had the 8oz sirloin steak medium rare. It was perfect. Added 12 fried shrimp for $1.00. They were delicious. Wife had the... blackened salmon. She said it was very delicious. We will definitely be back. Read more

I don?t know what happened between the time these reviews were posted and my visit with a friend today. The service was... overthetop, the food was good, and the manager made sure that we had been waited on 5 minutes after we arrived. It was lunch somaybe that explains why it was good, but I gave it 5 stars, and I eat out frequently at Applebees In Georgia, North Carolina,and Florida. Just my experience. Bravo. Read more
