Sunday morning came up, sending people out the door no inside orders at all. No sign on door. Door is unlocked so people can... come in to pick up mobile order if you have the app only. Problem is you cannot see what donuts they have in drive through,backs up the line if you have to ask what they actually have avaliable. Waste of my time, this would have been my first visit atthis location. I will not be back to try. Bottom line if you do not allow people inside then you need to communicate that viasign or lock your doors. While I was still in the parking lot 4 other cars left and did not make a purchase. On a Sunday morning, Labor Day weekend, we stopped in to buy donuts. Several customers were in the lobby waiting. Finally, we... were asked if we had a mobile order to pick up. We did not, and wanted to place an order. We were told, all new orders werebeing taken in the drive- thru line. What?? They said they were understaffed. ????? First time coming to this store and was told by another customer in the parking lot that they were only taking mobile orders.... While trying to download the app I watched numerous people be turned away and then a worker came and locked the doors. Once theapp was downloaded and I had chosen what I wanted I was not able to pay. Even if I was able to pay it stated to pick up inside.I would not have been able to with the doors locked. I will take my business elsewhere. Read more

Went to the drive thru yesterday. I was having a bad day and was so sick of waiting, just about to pull away when someone came... through the intercom and said "I'm so sorry for the wait! I'll be right with you". I pull around for my coffee and I can seethat there is one teenage girl in there doing absolutely everything. She was sweet as could be, and my coffee was delicious!Amazing work ethic by her, but shame on management for putting her in such a position. That young lady deserves better Read more
So it shouldn?t take 45mins to get a coffee. I went inside today at 11:45 and didn?t leave until 12:20. I ordered one coffee and... it was made horribly and wrong. The guy taking orders inside was really sweet and trying his best but he needed training and thelady who was supposed to be doing that wasn?t. The other girl was a trainee as well and she didn?t know how to do anything, noteven find the vanilla syrup which was in plane sight. The lady who was able to do everything (the trained one) wasn?t helpingthe trainees and only focused on the drive threw. She was hateful towards the trainees and while I don?t fought the traineesbecause they were just trying their best without proper training, it still was a mess. There were at least 10 of us waiting inline for 45-1 hour. They need to train people before throwing them in the line of fire and the trainer should do a better job.She didn?t even care about any of us in the lobby. It was a waste of my time and money. The cake doughnuts and the tomato pesto grilled cheese were good enough for us to go back, but the wait time in the drive thru... line was frustrating. However the girl at the window was exceptionally nice. We waited over 15 minutes from the time we orderedto get our food. Don't go when they are busy. Read more
