My favorite restaurant in town. Staff is always friendly and accommodating for my special requests. I love their chicken tacos.... So many delicious things on the menu. Pretty decent Mexican eatery - ie, good road food. Fast service and pleasant staff. Worth stopping in.

I have been coming to this place for years and have never had an issue until today. I ordered a crazy burrito. They brought me... my food and I went home. I probably should have checked it, but again I have been coming here for years and never had a problem.I drove 20 miles back home. When I arrived home and looked at my order it was a completely different order. They had given me 3soft tacos. I called them back and told them they had given me the wrong order. They said they still had the correct order andsaid they?d be happy to give me the correct order if I brought back the incorrect order. I asked them if they were willing torefund me to compensate for the now 60 miles I will have driven total to pick up the correct order and drive back home. Theysaid no. They said that if I wanted my money back they would not give me the order. I drove up back up there anyway to speakwith a manager. Gas is $5 a gallon and it?s not my fault the order was wrong. I think asking for a refund was the least theycould do. When I walked in I asked for the manager who was anything but pleasant. He told me he was sorry and there was nothinghe could do. He wasn?t even willing to let me keep the wrong order. I told him that gas was $5 a gallon and I had to drive 20miles back and forth and his response was ?and? So?? The disrespect was appalling. I never expected that kind of behavior fromthis establishment. He gave me the correct order and I left and now I sit here writing this review. The customer service wasdisgusting. Our server was fantastic, and the food was amazing. But, the hostess and management asked for our service dogs papers because... "it bothered other guests," which is illegal. I don't care if it bothers other guests. We have just as much right to enjoy goodfood as people without service dogs. I hope they learn they can't do that. Read more
