Omgoodness live the changes and the food is hit, fresh and so yummy. Loved the crab burger.

I got the seafood pasta and let me tell you, there was real chunks of crab that I could actually see and taste (I've had many... dishes with crab that you couldn't taste or even see the crab so this dish was something special) there were also numerous, fairsized pieces of shrimp cooked perfectly and the baby scallops were delicious and numerous as well. I was so happy I got this, itwas just amazing in every way outside of the seafood quantity. As an appetizer my party ordered the fried oysters which werefried to perfection and topped with a white sauce that was just absolutely lovely, steamed shrimp which was cooked perfectly andserved with one of the best cocktail sauces I've ever tasted, and the bacon wrapped scallops which are wrapped in some of thebest smoked bacon I've ever had. The bacon wasn't too thick and smokey and the scallops were delicate. Now, my father in lawdidn't like his steak and from what I could tell it looked like a very gristly little cut but that was the only legit complaintof the whole meal. I'd come here again for sure. One more thing I'd like to note is that the renovations of the front of thehouse, the main dining area, are SO beautiful and so on brand with the area! Certainly not what I expected from most of the reviews. It was just two of us dining and it was during lunch. Food had good... flavor and presented well. Atmosphere was nice and place was clean and decent. The waitstaff was dressed nice, friendly, and thefood came out very timely and was hot when it arrived. Now for what I consider the challenges. You had a menu with a limitednumber of items on it and that was it. I think the only seafood was a seafood pasta and a seared flounder. If there were more itmay have been soup or something like that. The portions of food that we received were tiny. The price was extravagant based onthe portions you get. I don't eat much, but 65.00 dollars later (before I gave the tip and taxes) I was still hungry and leftthere hungry, only to have to stop again a few hours later to eat. We ordered the Oyster appetizer first at 12.00 dollars andflavor was really good, presentation was wonderful, but it came with four oysters that were very small and for the pricedefinitely not worth it. Four tiny oysters cost 4.00 each. If they had of been grade oysters, this review would bedifferent. Next the only fish on the limited menu (sheet of paper with items on one side) was seared flounder with a cream cornand spinach. I desired seafood which was why I went there (at least more options than what was offered). If there was moreseafood available the waitress made no mention of it. Wife and I both ordered the flounder. It was decent and presentation wasgreat, but disappointed in portions. My wife doesn't eat much either and for her to say she was still hungry. Well, I rarelyever hear her say that. I am not sure how the place is all the time as I have only been there once, which will be my last time. If you want to go there for how the food looks then go for it and maybe you know something we did not.
