Stopped on Thursday and again on Sunday for Restroom break and fountain drink. No Diet Coke either day.
Sheetz is a one stop pit stop for anyone on the road. They pride themselves in offering everything that you might need from gas... to made to order food along with other essentials they also offer several Tesla charging stations if you need an electriccharge. This particular Sheetz is very clean and well-managed. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend thissheetz location for anyone traveling up highway 17 in Virginia. Read more
Store is always clean, employees polite and helpful. Shelves always stocked well. Lots of items to choose from.
Clean, well kept facility inside and out. Perfect for a fast stop and bite to eat. Easy in and out, right off Route 17.
This place needs some help. No coffee hot or cold other than bottles. Only one kiosk working. Ask for help to get coffee and no... one would help at all. Read more
We stop here every time we go to the Northern Neck. It's always busy, but for the most part, they have enough employees to keep... the crowds moving. As with any Sheetz, there's everything you need for your road trip or everyday convenience. I'm alwaysimpressed by the overall cleanliness, especially the restrooms. The made-to-go items are always on spot, for what theyare...fast food, right now! The one thing I HATE, and why only 4 stars, is the new, fandangled, boujie coffee bar. I just wantto pour a cup of coffee and pop open the little plastic cup of french vanilla flavored cream and plop it in. But noooooo....yougotta put the cup under the spout, grinds the beans, adds froth. Then you gotta move over to the flavored cream station for hot,foamy flavored liquid, which over flows, getting cup all sticky, so then you have to get new cup, add, from dispenser, anunsuspecting whomping spurt of splenda...Not everything has to be upgraded. Just a cup of coffee please! Even with the painfulcoffee situation (possibly just cause I'm a senior) Im thankful that this Sheetz is here! Read more
A welcome rest stop break en route to the Northern Neck. Super clean restrooms. Like really clean. Like so clean, they smelled... nice. Really friendly employee rang up my impromptu snack choice. Lots of food options here. Great stop! Read more
This Sheetz is on our frequent route to the River, and has recently gotten quite pathetic in the ability to actually offer any... service. We have been told the kitchen closes at midnight, the whole store closes at 1am, that they?re all open 24/7, and justnow that they didn?t have a manager on the clock so they?re just trying to catch up and can?t make any food or drinks. Severalnights ago it took nearly 20 minutes for them to make a ?return? of something they couldn?t make, and they never could figureout how to credit my card, so they ended up giving me cash. I know everyone is short staffed, but if there are 3 employeesstanding behind the counter, surely you could make coffee. Read more
