The best Wendy?s experience I ever had. The lady who took our order was very nice and patient and professional. When we got to... the window she was so sweet. All our food was hot and fresh. Outstanding all around! Too bad we didn?t get a receipt or else Iwould have done the survey for her. Read more

The fast food places in Tappahannock are the absolute WORST. Once again, this Wendy's failed to provide the correct order. We... asked for a Jr bacon cheeseburger, simple, right?! Wrong. I end up with a burger with one slice of onion, pickles and completelymissing the bacon! I don't understand why this is so difficult. Make sure you sit at the window and open every single item youhave to make sure it's right.. I bet you will have something missing or made incorrectly. Get your act together Wendy's! Read more

The girl at the window really told me to ask for ranch at the window where no one talked to me. So everything could be ready but... I sat there waiting for it to be ready for over a minute. And you forgot my straw. And for being the ONLY person you had atmit?s sad. Read more

Bought a supposed to be "Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit"and nothing was hot about it. The worst sandwich, fed it to the birds. Tried... calling the number on back of the receipt, they say you can talk to a real person, but, of course, no one answers the phone,you just listen to the music. Read more

After waiting in line for 5 minutes, their computer went down because "someone was entering their bracelet data" whatever that... means. Instead of taking our order so they could start on it, we had to wait another 5 to 7 minutes before they tried to get theregister to work again. Just when they started entering our order it went down again. We left and went to Burger King which wasactually far less expensive than a comparable meal at Wendy's. Read more

I went through the drive-through for my visit and was very pleased with the service. I could hear the intercom for the customer... in front of me, and the Wendy's associate was very patient and attentive. The customer ahead of me seemed to be a true test asit turned out. When asked if they were ready to order, they initially said they were not. Once they decided they were ready,they ordered a meal yet seemed unprepared to answer which drink they wanted and had to think hard about upsizing their meal. (Iremember working fast food when I was a teen, and this type of thing would drive me crazy!!!) The Wendy's associate was calm,patient, and confirmed each item of their order at the time and repeated back the order for a final confirmation. Once thecustomer pulled off, you could hear the passenger of the vehicle in front of me swearing and yelling at the driver as they wereclearly in the midst of an argument. However, the Wendy's employees were able to neutralize this bad energy with smiles,allowing the transaction to be completed smoothly. For my order, I received the same excellent service. Even though it wasclear they were understaffed, no steps in the process were skipped, allowing a pleasant customer experience. Thank you to theemployees for putting up with us public folk!
