I work for a natural cosmetic company. We now host an annual BBQ in the summer and every time we have had Mimi cater, the food... has been so fresh well prepared, and nicely presented with the freshest ingredients. She is always on time for delivery and veryaccommodating to all needs and last minute requests. the food she prepares is amazing and always much appreciated and enjoyed byour company. From Lynn Smothergill - Last night for St. Patrick's day I had Mimi make my family a Shepherd's Pie. It really was the absolute... best Shepherd's Pie my family has ever had. I use Mimi's Plate for all of my catering needs whether I am catering a RealtorBrokers Lunch, ordering for a holiday meal or even a few sandwiches and sides for a special guest coming over. Everything shemakes has a special something which does not go unnoticed and keeps me coming back. It might be the heirloom tomatoes added toa salad or the hint of something sweet like maybe a brandy in the shepards pie last night. Whatever is it it is scrumptious. I was having a birthday party/graduation celebration and my mom did not want to cook. When we were looking for caterers this is... one of the first places we looked at and we were impressed right away. Melissa guided my mom and I through the process ofcreating a menu that was a mix of things I enjoyed as well as making sure that there was something for everyone. I did stressthat I wanted to have some vegan options as some of my friends are vegan and Melissa was more than helpful with planning maindishes/side dishes that fits that category. Day of, we had two members of staff helping us out. I cannot stress howprofessional, helpful, and friendly they were. It blew my family and guests away how amazing they were as well as how yummy anddelicious the food was! I would recommend them for catering tenfold! Read more
