Overall Service was Great! One of my pizzas did not have enough cheese on it.
Ordered a large meat lover pan pizza with extra cheese and it was delicious. Also got some of the mini cinnabon for later and... they were awesome. I ate two of them on the ride home and could have eaten more but I decided to be nice and save some for mygrandson because he loves them. Will say the crust on the pan pizza is the best I have ever had..Didn't really need all thetoppings and that is usually what I eat because the crust is not always good..If you want a good pizza go to pizza hut and get apan pizza and I promise you will not regret it.. I ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers and added mushrooms and black olives. Stuffed crust was very puffy. Too puffy with... little cheese. The pizza was not cut though all the way. The bottom of the pizza was over cooked. Very hard. Not a goodpizza. Read more
I ordered a pizza box for my granddaughter and daughter they did not put the icing in the box for the cinnamon sticks nor did... they put the marinara sauce for the bread sticks and the brownie was hard. So no I was not satisfied Read more
Could do better. I arrived shortly after the time that the order was estimated to be completed and only received part of my... order. I had to explain that I had ordered four pizzas (it says so on the receipt). The lady at the window checked and came backto explain that one of the guys forgot one of the pizzas. Not sure how pizzas are forgotten with technology nowadays. I checkedthe pizzas and found one was wrong altogether so I had to wait for them to find the correct pizza (it wasn't long enough to haveto wait for it to be cooked like the first one). I was not compensated for the delay/screw up and they took the incorrect pizzaback after I already put my hands on the box to check it. Hopefully it wasn't part of someone else's order. Read more
Arrived and was told to pull back around because i had one minute left according to my app. Pull around and then when i got to... window, order ready according to app and it had been 20 min.s since i ordered. Well i sat ther 6 more minutes before receivingmy order. Got home, two minute drive and my pizza was cold and dough wasnt even done in the middle of pizza. I ordered thedetroit meat pizza. I call back up there and they told me i had to talk to manager and he had stepped out. They took my phonenumber but i didnt receive a call back.
