If I could give no stars, I would. I specifically ordered a decaf iced coffee. Reiterated decaf. Get my coffee, take a couple... sips of it, and thought I was going to have to go make a hospital visit. I have a heart condition and am very sensitive tocaffeine, I'm also pregnant. I'm not sure what part of decaf was not understood. Had to deal with a racing heart, dizziness andshortness of breath from their mess up until the caffeine left my system. When I called, I was told they would remake my coffeeand give me a refund. I go back 20 mins after calling to be told they can't give me a refund because Lisa was not there, thoughI just talked to her. The replacement they made sucked. I was not going back a third time when I live 40 mins away. Now I knowto stick to my Dunkin where they actually give you the coffee you ordered. When someone orders decaf, there's a reason for it. This is the BEST & fastest Dunkin I have ever been to!! And i have lived in Boston and Texas to compare. This Dunkin in Tarpon... Springs is so fast and they have never messed up my order! $6 of ice. Nice. I reluctantly order iced macchiatos here and its the only Dunkin that never gets it right. On day I will get... iced milk for another day I will get iced milk with a splash of coffee. So I started ordering with an extra shot, well all thatmeans is you get extra ice to make the drink look darker since it fits less milk. This location is a scam, it's seriously gonedownhill and that is sad. They used to be the best one I would pass on 19 but over the past year they have drastically declined.Funny that the corporate office is just around the corner at Klosterman Rd, and with plummetting reviews they don't bother tosend anyone there to train all the new people that are hired due to the massive turnover. You can keep your ice, I can get 10pounds of that stuff for $3 elsewhere. Read more
So I've been thru the drive-thru of this DD countless time with very little issues other than no napkins in the bag or something... else mildly inconvenient. Today was an entirely different experience. I ordered an large hot latte and what I received was halfa cup of hot milk... Yep, just hot milk no coffee. Not sure how that happens but it did. By the time I has the chance to takea sip to discover this awful deception, it was to late I was already about a mile or two away headed to work. So yeah, strange.Good thing I have a coffee pot at work so the cup of milk doesn't go to waste. Read more
The employee base is ignorant , rude and careless. My order has been wrong every single time in 3 months. At the risk of... sounding ignorant myself , the manager is a heavy, mean witch who should not be in customer service. I?ve never received so manydirty looks grabbing my morning coffee. I was ?shooed? away by the manager when I asked for an extra straw. The rest of theemployees are kids that would rather be anywhere else, and it?s blatant. I would recommend any other Dunkin in America. Again,not one bad experience, at least 13 by now, felt unnecessary to leave a review the first 12 times ! I grew up 10 minutes fromthe original dunkin in Quincy, Massachussetts, I?ve been going my entire life, and I cannot stress enough that this is the WORSTdunkin I have ever been to.
