Giving two stars because my subs were remade and part of this situation was my fault but buyer beware? I ordered Subway through... the app and went to the wrong subway. I clicked that I was outside because I had a curbside order. As soon as I realized I wasat the wrong subway, I tried calling this subway. I called them back to back to back with no answer, trying to inform them thatI wasn?t there but would be soon. No one ever answered. When I got there, I went inside, advised that I had a curbside order andexplained what happened. She said okay and pointed to where my food was. My food WAS ON TOP OF THE TRASH CAN and she fullyexpected me to take this food and go on about my day. How do I know? Because when I asked her ?That?s my food on top of thetrash can??, she paused and looked at me, then stated with an attitude that she would remake it. She claimed that she put itthere because she though no one was coming. If that?s the case, why not just throw it away? Makes me think this is their normalplace to store curbside orders. Moral of the story is, they have no place to store their curbside orders so I would just goinside to make sure your order isn?t sitting on top of a trash can or a more disgusting place. Read more
I'm not sure why but I ordered a meatball sub and it was dry as can be. No sauce and it's on the wrong bread. I just tried to... call because you know they are open till 8 but nobody is answering at 7:26. Really disappointed. Read more
This has been the Subway that I always go to however I will go out of my way from now to go to a different location. As a loyal... customer, I decided to order through the app for the first time. I ordered 4 subs for my family to have for dinner and theymade one of the 4 incorrectly. One of the 4 of us didn?t get dinner that day because of their error. It was too late at thatpoint to return to the store because they close at 8pm. I called the next day explained what had happened and told them I stillhad the sub in the fridge and should I return it. I was advised that a manager would call me back shortly. Well, it?s been 10days and I am still waiting for that call. Sadly will not return because of the lack of customer service. Read more
