Need more experience people to take and make ur order. Young teenager takes too long to make ur order.
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile from Charitta ( spelling could be incorrect) This young lady is... an asset to this company. Very friendly very knowledgeable and in today's world you don't see that in any employees usually,especially at a SUBWAY. THE REASON I CAME HERE WAS BECAUSE THERE WAS SEATING AND IT WAS CLEAN NEXT DOOR IS WHERE I WOULD HAVEWENT TO GET A SANDWICH BUT THERE WAS NO ROOM TO SIT. THE NEXT TIME I GO TO PDS AUTOMOTIVE AND PERFORMANCE I WILL COME BACK HEREFOR LUNCH... THE PERFECT PLACE TO WAIT WHILE YOUR AUTO IS BEING REPAIRED. THANK YOU SHERITA FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM. Employees are friendly enough, and the store was tidy. It does not offer the veggie patty however.
ordered from them multiple times without an issue but my last order had only 6 to 8 small rotisserie chicken slices in it, tried... calling 6 times to the point where it stopped ringing, I am highly upset and I will try and call again tomorrow. Read more
I made a mobile order via app @720 PickUp @ 745.My chicken teriyaki sub was supposed to be toasted it wasn't. I ordered via... mobile app so they had a 25 minute heads up, when I walked in at 745 the meatballs needed 5 more minutes to cook and when Iwatched him put the old meatballs in with the new batch he put the old and new meatballs on my sandwich and when i ate it, themeatballs were cold. I don?t think this store deserves a one star, yes Some days people have bad days, We?re all Human. This is Subway, where the... food is fresh, the bread is always nice and fluffy and there are people there to serve you. I was served by a women at 8:30pm today and she seemed very interested, she seemed to be the only one on staff this night so she... was the only person to work with me. She came out after me waiting for 5 minutes, and even after that she served me soaking wetbread that was raw, when she toasted it she toasted only one side, and when I asked her for pickles she said there were noneeven though there were in the container. I am super unsatisfied with this visit, and even the worst visit I had before this washarassment.. I'm not sure why people get jobs just to be rude and do the exact opposite of what they were supposed to. Read more
