Service is great! The manager is super nice and remembers the usual customers. The location is clean. Never disappointed.
Placed an onlime order they forgot to pack part of it, so called to let them know I'd come to pick up the rest I was told no... they cannot give it to me I would have to wait until nect day and talk to a manager. Be careful folks you can order and pay butif they forget to pack it you will not eat the food until next day. Poor. Management poor service. Read more
Bread is hard as a rock, burnt at the edges. In the oven way too long. Usually the chicken gets put in the oven to warm up by... itself. Not this time, without asking she put the cold chicken on the bread and put that in the oven. Worst sandwich I have everhad from any Subway. The younger girl working today was not in a good mood, very easy to see how she made the sandwich, thrownaround, very noticeable.
