Got there around 11:50pm, the sign lights and all restaurants lights were turned off. They are supposed to close at 1:00am. An... association came out and put a trash can to block the drive thru so one on else could come. They said they were out of beans,chicken, and no more fried food. Lazy staff, lied and said they were out of loaded fries so they wouldn?t have to cook more close to closing time. I attempted to... be accommodating and accepted an alternative of nachos and they sent the little side order. Do yourself a favor and train a goodmanager. They?re worth their weight in gold. THIS IS THE RUDEST TACO BELL IVE EVER. I frequently go to Taco Bell usually other stores. No one has ever said anything about my... order. I usually get the inside of my taco on the side so that it doesn?t get soggy I eat it hours later. This Taco Bell saidthey couldn?t do that for me because it would be wasting their ramekin cups. You?ve got to be kidding me Taco Bell. I?m payingsix dollars for two tacos and you can?t put the contents on the side because the ramekin cups are too expensive. Ordered a 40 dollar+ order during the night and literally got no chicken in any of my quesadillas also abd manager Moel W or... whoever was working as manager around 9pm was asking if we were going to pay for our order with in 30 seconds after coming tothe drive-thru window. This is by FAR the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell. Decided to eat there, order took ten minutes to get everything... was cold! After ten minutes there is no excuse for cold food when it?s not even busy. And the order wasn?t correct and told theMgr I was missing something she didn?t even say anything and walked to another worker and told them, she acted like she couldn?tbe bothered. I have 25+ years in the restaurant industry and this was total lack of caring. I have eaten Taco Bell for years andthis is by far the worst experience ever. I get people don?t really care anymore. Dont go at night. There is ALWAYS an issue at night. Either long lines, poor service, or more often than not, they forget... something in your order. Went tonight for the Mexican Pizza and they forgot an item in our order, didnt make the tacos right,and the Mexican Pizza was crushed on the bottom of the bag. Seriously never again.
