This is the last time I ever go to Wendy?s again. Not only is it over priced but the people here have bad attitudes.the inside... is filthy and the floors are sticky. This is probably a franchise because the owner is cheap, and they give bad porportions.Everyone would be better off going to another fast food restaurant instead. Read more
We ordered Door Dash. Order was confirmed. Driver gets there to pick it up and next thing we know a new driver has been... assigned. So I messaged the new driver on his way asking what happened with the old driver and of course he doesn't know either.... the new driver calls us upon his arrival at the store to say that all of the employees are yelling and arguing with eachother and even 20 minutes later they haven't made an order or even helped a customer. So we canceled the order. Sounds likethe owner needs to step in to this chaos. Won't order again that's for sure. Read more
I've been to this Wendy's many times over the years but in the last two months the day l service is just horrible. The girls at... the drive through are so rude and don't do their job. I have to pull up to the window just to have my order taken. Definitelyhas gone way down hill on service. Read more
Ordered the bourbon bacon burger single. Received a double with cheese only - no sauce, no onions, no bacon. And barely room... temperature. This was after waiting in the drive thru for 18 minutes as this Wendy?s does not have indoor service any longer.Not the first time something like this has happened. You know what's crazy? These people have yet to figure out what teamwork is! You go in there and watch. It's such a fiasco. ... Place is a mess. Flies everywhere. No one takes pride in there job. The soda machines both needed service from an employee. Iasked if the girl could fill my drink of coke. She tells me to go use the machines. I told her they were both down she askedagain..both? Like how easy to just get a customer their drink? What ever happen to just being respectful? I'm spending money atthis establishment and you couldn't just simply say no problem let me be right back. The small minded things and notunderstanding the big picture we all have faced. That road of working hard to get to the top! Now all we have is over privilegedbabies walking around calling it work! So I had an amazing, unforgettable experience today 7/10/22 at Wendy's. Life has been really tough and unforgiving lately. An... incredible lady named Shelby talked to me and really cheered me up. She was so polite and just a really awesome person to talkto. Her kindness actually made me break down in happy tears. There is not many friendly people left in this world. The foodcame super quick and was by far the best food I've ever had. I was amazed by the taste and quickness of the foodarrival. Please Wendy's I am begging you, give this wonderful woman a raise or do something great for her because she deservesit soooooo much. I will be going back over and over just to talk to her and get excellent service. I appreciate everyone takingthe time to read this review because today's experience means alot to me. Love Zack! Ordered a # 4 meal upgraded for baconator fries and instead of telling no bacon bits they just threw a couple of shriveled up... pieces of bacon on some cold fries and that's what I got. And they want $15 dollars an hour for that kind of service this is thereason many places are under staffed and closed early due to poor service like this. Long wait just to get the 3 orders in front of me taken. When I get mine in the total is wrong. Was charged for my free... frosty when that was taken off the total was still wrong but I have to be somewhere and just pay. Waiting for my frosty I hearthe next order being told there are no frosties. Guess I was waiting for nothing. Was charged for the upside soda also thatwas not asked for and still got the small cup.
