Went to drive thru and asked for fresh order so food is hot. Rude girl comes back and says we always make fresh to order. That... is so far from true. Fries are always cold and I've been told to ask for fresh made order and food will be hot as this was to bedelivered one block up. The girl at drive thru was also rude. I had ordered 2 sodas. There was one. The fries were thrown upsidedown in the bag and the fries were crumbs and pointy pieces. Not long fries. The nuggets were cold and hard as if they had sataround for hours. I have never complained before but because this was not handled right from the start so I thought I shouldcomplain. If other McDonald's are glad to make order fresh and put a sticker on the bag made fresh why couldn't they comply. Ifyou don't like your job quit. There are many nice service with a smile people out there looking for work. No need for grouchyrude dirty looks giving workers. Who the hecks wants cold fried potatoes. Small building with plenty of seating. Self service drink machine out of order, and NO free refills. Order your food and it will... be brought to your table. Tables were dirty. Loud inside from customers watching videos and chatting to friends on theirspeakerphone. All this while the radio is playing. Read more
Great must see when visiting terry town sleepy hollow.
The fries were piping hot and my order had napkins, ketchup and even the extra sauce I had ordered. It's (pleasantly) surprising... to get an accurate order these days and I felt inclined to write a review after seeing so many negative ones about thislocation. Staff was pleasant and quick too.
