Was pretty impressed, small place and not a lot of tables but everything we ate was delicious. My pork was very flavorful and... authentic as were the plantains. Would definitely go back! Read more

My best friends and I came here for my birthday last weekend and I absolutely LOVED it! Parking was easy. The service was great... and efficient. We opted to sit outdoors. I only wished there was some music for ambience. Otherwise the food was beyonddelicious and the drinks were on point. Can't wait to come here again! Read more

Tried Cuban sandwich for the first time and absolutely amazed and satisfied. Flavours are so vivid and Perfectly matched. Havana... Club sandwich with apple smoked bacon is something divine. Spice they adding to french fries is.... OMG so good. The only thingit was five of us and they included service charge in the bill without disclosing it beforehand and per NYC3111 service chargeis added for the company of 6 and more people, and of course disclosed. But still food here is worth every penny. Read more

Cool looking place but highly disappointed. Menu was eh. For a Cuban restaurant you'd like they'd ask the most popular Cuban... staples all day not just at dinner. Went at lunch and no pernil or ropa vieja. Ended up getting the chicken empanadas and thefirst half had no chicken in it. The flavor wasn't good so I didn't eat them. The picture I posted was what I left behind. Theempanada appetizer came with 1 empanada. Would've been nice of them to tell me that considering I said I was ordering that asmy meal. Island sauce was weird and did not taste good, esp with the tostones appetizer (which included only 3 tostones). Ididn't eat those either. Service wasn't great either. My daughter ordered French fries which took so long to come out she wasdone with the rest of the meal. I was about to cancel the order when they came out. Annoyed I had to pay for them. I wantedthe Cuban coffee but again we waited so long for the waitress to come back I gave up ordering it. Husband literally walked to711 while I waited and came back and I still hadn't seen the waitress. To me this seemed like a Cuban restaurant owned by nonCubans. If you don't know good Cuban food and you're just looking for something more Americanized maybe you'll like this. However if you're looking for authentic Cuban cuisine don't bother you'll definitely be disappointed at least at lunch time.Gave 2 Stata because the place at least had a cool vibe and the staff was friendly although not attentive. Flavor, flavor, flavor! All the plates are all flavorful. From the empanada which has the flakiest crust imaginable, to the... Ropa Vieja?. Everything was incredible. The staff was friendly. We ended up eating at the bar because the tables were taken andhave a knowledgeable and very friendly bartender. You can tell they have a lot of return customers they seemed to know many ofthe locals. That gives such a great vibe to this location. Can?t wait to go back. Read more
