If I could put 0 I would. I ordered off door dash for my break, the first order the guy stated he left it with security but... didn?t. The next time (which I order right away again) I got Two Birria tacos with Consume. I?m mad because I really wanted thisfood / tacos but what ever. The consume tasted like cinnamon and tomato sauce mixed with sugar. Read more

The Taco Project hits on many levels reppin the taqueria w/a modern twist model n knockin it out of the park... the ambience is... bright n IG worthy showcasing a bunch of photo ops! The food is equally as good as the decor, we ordered chorizo n pork bellytacos and both renditions were spot on.. the lil attention to details put them over the top. The crispy fried papas , theshredded radish... the guacamole! All aces!! Highly recommended n if it wasnt for the price being a lil steep I would be inthere like gym wear on the regular still. Worth a trip out! Read more

Thought it was a bit pricey for the portion size but the food was delicious. Including the fish tacos and the guacamole starter!... I would recommend eating here if you're looking for something quick and tasty!! Read more

Of the many Mexican restaurants that I've reviewed, the best ones used the freshest, most authentic ingredients. The Taco... Project is in the latter category. However, it goes one step further. While most Mexican joints play it safe by using yourexpected home-grown ingredients, The Taco Project takes some chances. The vegetable burrito I ordered possessed two noticeabledifferences. One was that it contained pickled shredded cabbage and a cheese that tasted just like feta cheese. These twodifferences made this dish memorable and added an explosion of flavors and textures with each bite I took. The fish tacos werepresented in soft whole wheat shells, yet another difference between this establishment and the others. Oh, and they give youtwo choices of guacamole with chips, mild and spicy. It was to die for. The ambiance of this place was festive with a colorfulmural full of Mexican motifs. Continuous music was piped in that had a lively beat. While I live an hour away in SouthBrooklyn, this place will now be my go-to Mexican place whenever I find myself in Tarrytown. Read more

Great little spot for tacos in Tarrytown. Really cool decor. Indoor and outdoor seating. Place is small but it wasn't busy when... I was there. I had the pork belly tacos. Delicious. I will definitely come back to try their other tacos. Read more

Tried a Grilled coconut shrimp taco. Overall pretty good, a lot of shrimp albeit very small ones. Shrimp cooked fairly well, a... f3w were clearly overcooked. As far as coconut, you got me. Shrimp were covered in some kind of powder, some heat, maybe canimagine coconut.. Not thrilled with plastic#5 as takeout containers, can be recycled though vast majority of # 5 ends up indumps, oceans, incinerators where it emits toxic substances Orr fumed, poor job there Read more

Wow doesn?t even come close to covering this Taco (and more) paradise. I just came in from NYC on the train and The Taco Project... is right up the street. What a great find! I had the order taker/cashier dude pick me two sets of tacos and then added anotherset of shrimp. I ended up with grilled salmon, chorizo and grilled shrimp tacos. All of them were perfect. Unique in their ownflavors of very fresh ingredients and blends. I was very pleasantly impressed! I?ll be surfing the menu for more too as thebowls looked great too. Look for me often as this will be my new go-to place in Tarrytown!!! Thank you The Taco Project for anawesome experience!!! Read more
