Updated review: ordering is easy but their website is cumbersome and not user friendly. Service is pretty awful. Paying and... tipping before receiving food leaves no incentive. Mimosa and coffee never arrived. Water was never refilled. It seems to happenoften because they have rehearsed lines asking if you still want it or should they issue a refund. Food is still prettygood. Original 5 star review: It's pretty hard to be disappointed here. From coffee to meals to dessert, it's all amazing. Youmay have to come multiple times to cycle through the menu (a couple times) and find a favorite. It's seems like everything newitem I try becomes my favorite. Meals come out beautiful and fresh. Everything is super flavorful, with zero need to addcondiments. Hot sauce is fine though. I'll have to update my comment when, if ever, I find a favorite. Read more

I don?t write a lot of reviews, but the service I experienced here was exceptional. Don?t let the ?order from your phone? model... scare you away. The servers and manager were incredibly attentive and gave us the option to order at the counter if wepreferred. My boyfriend and I were working from the cafe as we needed to kill time before we could check in to our Airbnb. Eventhough the cafe had technically closed, the manager enthusiastically allowed us to stay and continue to work while the staffclosed down the restaurant. He and all the staff were so kind and accommodating to us (without us even having to ask!). If Ilived in the area, I would frequent this place for sure for the pure sake of the lovely people who work here. I am so appreciateof the kindness we were shown! Read more

Service was not like this pre-pandemic and I've been to 3 locations before, but the set up now is using a QR code menu, ordering... from phone, and tipping at time of order. Ordering from phone wasn't very user friendly and took awhile for all of us. It wouldhave been faster actually ordering from a waiter. We were given flavored water but that was pretty much the last we saw ourserver. No one stopped by our table and since we sat next to the door where the kitchen was, we can see servers just standingaround and even snacking on things. Finally our order came, dropped off food, then left. We ordered drinks (coffee, lemonade,Arnold Palmer) and nothing came before, while we were eating, and then we asked again. It finally arrived after we were prettymuch done with our meals. Then when they brought our drinks, they said they were going to get straws (we didn't ask). Youwould think they would have it with the drinks so that took awhile also. We had to ask twice for to go box. To force to pay fortip (min 18%) prior to service basically encouraged laziness and no motivation because they were going to get tipped anyway. We'll be ordering take out from now on because the food is still good. Unfortunately, this type of service does not work. Read more

The food tasted fine but was something anyone could make if they tried. I had the Blue Jam Benedict and was satisfied with the... taste. The place was rather pricey for a simple breakfast. You get free water in a pitcher AND can order something else; Iordered Grey Earl tea. Read more

The Breakfast Burritos is amazing, just remember to add Bacon! I took my fiancée here to grab breakfast while we wait for her... car oil change to be finish at the dealership nearby. I parked at the underground parking lot behind the place, you get an hourand 30 minutes free. I joined the waitlkst through the Yelp app but remember you still have to check in with the host. Shestands inside the restaurant so don't expect her to be standing next to the check in tablet. My fiancée for their built yourown omelet and Ice Blended Mocha Latte. She really loved her omelet, we sat outside because it got us seated faster. Everythingis all touchless so you order through the QR code and also pay through there as well. Read more
