We had the time to sit down, read down the menu, see the $3.99 coffee (as of Nov 2022. And we know it?s bad coffee.), the other... overpriced items ($13 for 2 eggs now!?), be screamed at and sniffed by the adjacent toddler, think about our life choices, walkup and leave without ever being attended to one person! Epic. We went to Flooky?s for a better vibe, prices HALF cheaper, andprobably better quality food. Way to go, iHop! You?ll never see us until we hit the senior menu, *maybe*. Advice: Find yourlocal diner and give them your business. They deserve it way more. Read more
I been going to this ihop since my middle school always have the best service here they also have nice waiter too.
Omg, where do I even start. i have 3 kids, the 2 kids i have ordered the chicken and waffles and they received the chicken and... Mac. i ordered the steak Salisbury with mash potatoes and received the mac instead. they fixed the kids waffles and gave me mymash potatoes but they might as well not. it was half the mash potatoes i should receive. i knoe this because my gf orderedsomthing with chicken that came with mash potatoes and it was double my portion. anyways over all horrible order and waitornever came to ask if we need anything and yes we needed napkins. We have kids. i failed to also mention that the chicken was dryso my gf didn't even touch it, also the kids chicken strips was hard. I guess when you come to ihop around 7pm you get theleftovers. anyways yes I'm complaining but also do not wish a bad experience on anyone. if you enjoy a good day don't come toihop here. Read more
I enjoy my neighborhood IHOP. It small, intimate, and has the friendliest servers. Went there recently to get a breakfast meal... at night. The waitress that served me was so sweet and hospitable towards me. Each time i come to the Tarzana location, theemployees try so hard to make me feel welcome and cared for. I ordered the senior 55+ 2×2×2. Two eggs, two bacon or sausage,hash browns, and toast. It was so delicious! IHOP always has extremely fresh eggs each and every time. I think they get theireggs locally, so the eggs are fresh. The only down side is when they become busy late at night, they don't have enough waitersto adequately take care of everyone quickly. This is not their fault. It's the fault of the company. Still, it is worth the waitfor the nice conversations and friendly help. The waitress was friendly, but the food was very bad. I ordered buttermilk crispy chicken, the chicken pieces were over fried,... almost burnt. I informed the waitress, the new ones that were brought to me later were almost the same, I think they were thesame chicken pieces. I was very hungry, I ate them. The chicken was very hard, it was still over-fried, and they contaminated itwith something, because later at home I got a lot of gas and diarrhea. The broccoli was overcooked too, and the mac and cheesewas not creamy, it was dry and tasteless. I will not return to this place. Read more
Service is very slow. No one was there at the front desk for a good 10 mins. Food service was also delayed. Food was ok. Not as... good as compared to other IHOP. We had the pancake n the waffles. Read more
Food was disappointing; I didn?t have the heart to tell the waitress, so I paid for my full meal. Bacon was over cooked, hash... brown was harsh, my eggs were cold and my waffle was stale. The hot chocolate was room temp and completely missed the ?hot?part. My mom ordered their steak omelette and it tasted extremely sour, she experienced stomach aches after meal. We won?t bereturning.
