Always love me some Jersey Mikes Sub! Everything is fresh and taste delicious!

Not sure what is going on at this place. I walked in to a line of 5 people ahead of me and it took 20+mins for 7 masked... employees behind a wall of plexi glass to make my sandwich of which 5 employees touched. One guy got the bread, another guy cutthe meat, the girl put the meat and toppings on the bread, the next guy wrapped it and the guy at the register handed it to me. People were walking out. Staff is completely disconnected, phone ringing off the line no one answers. everyone looks dazed and confused, they made my... sandwich wrong and drowned it in oil. Customer service is everything and it is non existent here. Read more

It's Jersey Mike's. So it's good! However, at this location you have to wait outside the door if there are more than 2 or 3... customers inside. If they would open the other side, the line can be indoors. That way the food deliverers can pick up with noconfusion. Read more

This particular location is possibly one of the best that I've been to. Everything is always freshly-prepared, the workers are... always extremely attentive and knowledgeable if you don't know what you want. Very helpful, and they get your sandwich made assoon as possible. The place has always been clean when I've chosen this as my lunch spot, and is definitely an example of howthe rest of the Jersey Mike's should be. Read more

I had a turkey sandwhich and it was good. The employees could be better at customer service however. They did not greet me when... I ordered and were busy talking to each other during the process of making my sandwich. Otherwise, I would have given a higherrating on this review. Read more
