Today Nov 23, 2022 I pickup a mobile app around 9:20 pm. I order 20 piece chicken nuggets with free fries, which was their deal... online they charge me for two 20 piece chicken nuggets which was $18 but in the bag there was 20 piece chicken nugget with 2large fries. Missing the 20 piece nuggets that they charged us.we went back to Mc Donald before 10pm but their dine in was closecalled no one answered. They got our $8 for free . What a rip off. Read more

I have breakfast at the Little Rock McDonald's it made me so sick that I almost end up in the hospital I called the manager... instead of being sympathetic she was being sarcastic and she was on a defense instead of really taking notes and do somethingabout it before he gets out of hand I have filed a complaint with a health department they need to be more careful with the foodI work from McDonald's in 1962 and it was the best place to eat of course the McDonald's Brothers they were the ones who makesure that everything was clean and healthy be careful when you eat a McDonald's Read more

I sat down at a table and made a mobile order with Table Service (Table #114). The order never came. Ten minutes later I noticed... that the McDonald's worker kept yelling out "number 1679!" No one responded or claimed it. I finally went to the counter to askon the progress of my table service delivery and found out that the unclaimed food (#1679) was mine. The receipt on the trayhad huge letters (TABLE #114) and in small print #1679. The staff don't recognize that it's Table service. I asked why it wasnot delivered to the table and the staff member didn't speak English. The staff member asked me to wait one moment (I assumedshe would return with an English speaking representative) but she never came back. My party ate our food and when we werefinished, we made a mobile order with Table Service for dessert. Minutes later, we experienced that the staff members werecalling out a number for unclaimed dessert ????. We called out "is that for table #114?" And the staff member looked at us asif we're speaking a foreign language. Again, they don't recognize the moblie Table service and just treat it as a regularorder. I asked at the counter if this restaurant honors mobile table service orders. Response "sorry, no English". I can hearEnglish language being spoken by the staff serving drive thru, but it appears that indoor dining is Spanish only. At this point,after getting the "sorry no English" response twice, I decided that if I insisted on asking for an English speaking staffmember, that I'd have to accept the fact that my future food would come with extra saliva. This restaurant is clean, it has agreat location, and the staff are polite. As for the food, burgers were delicious. But the fries were cold, I am assumingbecause they sat unclaimed at the counter for so long. I hope they sort out the whole table service issue. They always get the order wrong, and when you bring your receipt in and explain it management doesn't care. I don't go to often,... maybe once a month for breakfast on the way to work and I honestly have to check everything before pulling away from the window.I have stop going to this location all together. This is a horrible McDonald's because even the drive thru which is suppose to be fast is slow. We stopped by here during our way... back from Topanga Mall since I wanted to use the deal on the fries. There was no cars in the drive thru so I figure it would bequick. I put in the order for my 10 pc chicken nuggets, a large fries and a large drink. After I paid, I was told to park inreserve parking #1and I saw the car behind me had to go park in the reserve parking too. It took an extra 10 minutes for my foodto come out to get delivered to us and they brought out the other car food too. So you know they waited for both food to be donebefore bringing out the food. The spot where the reserve parking is at is also horrible because it's right next to the entranceand exit area from Victory. They also didn't fill up the fries all the way and only give 2 ketchup packets. Read more

I love how this location is very spacious and how u don't need to walk up to speak to anyone and sit right down like in a... restaurant. All is needed is to download the McDonald's app and start to order and put your card information and they bring itright to your table. So convenient for big orders or just want that restaurant experience. Read more

My oh my this place is high tech! I was impressed. If the line is long, simply order your meal at the touch screen counter.... There?s always an employee there to help you out and make your experience quick and easy. I got a sugar-free vanilla latte, andit was delicious. Full of froth. A perfect start to my morning! Clean, spacious interiors. Bring your laptop here to do work.Lots of space for kids to run around. They also have a really nice drive through, plenty of parking, and sparking cleanbathrooms. Read more
