Today I went to a place I love getting burgers from and I haven’t been there since before the pandemic. When we arrived we... noticed loud music already so I figured that make it hard to hear taken orders but for them it’s like it doesn’t botherthem. So we go to place our order one kids cheeseburger combo, and 2 regular pozi cheeseburger combos. As well as a cilantroaioli fries plus baklava. We waited over 20 minutes for them to bring our food out and notice a combo missing plus they gave usno drinks. We were gonna add a garlic dip and pita bread but when we learned they didn’t charge us for the combo and wantingto make us wait again we decided to get nothing else and leave!!! When we arrived home with our food the fries were soggy, theburger was sloppy, the baklava was old and dry (made me wanna gag even the chopped pistachios were old), one person without acombo now and forced to make something else for lunch. Really disappointing to think I use to love coming here with my familyand now it will be the last time I ever go back!!! What’s worse is when we said we didn’t wanna buy the garlic spread (a galbrought it to us when we were leaving but than came after us to say we didn’t pay. We didn’t want it so idk why she insistedto try and give it to us knowing we gotta pay) or wait for another combo they didn’t charge us for cause there loud music. Ican see why they messed our order up. Need to fix your service and cut the loud music out also maybe have fresh sweets and notsell me old ones!!! Read more
Food is fantastic here! They are not shy with the hummus. Most place I have gone to, where they typically give you just a dab or... a sampler cup to go with your meal. Not here they give you a decent portion in a salad container. I think I'm in love with thisplace. Most of the time I go with a wrap, but, today I grabbed a full dinner and I was not disappointed. Very clean place food so fresh and delicious very nice customer service so friendly
A pandemic is surging uncontrollably, some restaurants are struggling to keep the fires burning. Some are dishing out limited... items on the menu, some have cut down the prices some have jacked-up the prices. This restaurant fits into the latter. Theprices were exorbitant given the current crisis. Understandable if they were dishing out delicious, scrumptious, enchanting oryum-yum food. The salad with blue-cheese was good, the garlicky fries was perfectly crafted but the main courses, especially thewraps whether lamb, beef or chicken with avocado was imperfect and monotonous. The location is also not great it’s nestledbetween a bridal shop and a sushi bar. The serving staff were friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make theexperience eventful. Read more

Surprised to see such high prices. It was almost $11 for 2 of these. It's like a scoop of gelato. Too much $$ for the size. The... gelato tasted old on top of everything. Sorry but either they lower the price or make 3 fresh flavors that get bought often sothey stay fresh. I got pistachio and mango. The mango was good, the pistachio is the one that tasted old. The place looks likeit was remodeled recently and it is nice and clean, which is why I am not giving less stars. Read more
Shameful treatment from this owner. I've been going to this restaurant since it was owned by Pozi, and since his daughter and... son-in-law took it over (30+ years total). Today I ordered a wrap and specified "no onions". The cashier put the instructions onthe check. When I bit into my wrap and found sliced red onions I took it back up to the counter. The owner got defensive andstarted to try and blame it on me! Did I ask for no salsa, he says. I wasn't referring to finely chopped onions in salsa, I wasreferring to the large slices of red onion, and beside that, I asked for "no onions". He escalates into refunding my money andtelling me not to come back? UNBELIEVABLE. As I walked away I figured it out. He didn't want to make another wrap. He alreadylost money on the incorrectly made wrap and was too cheap to make it again. He'd rather lose a long-time customer. What ashort-sighted fool. Read more
