First time at WaBa. Really surprised at the freshness, flavor, and value. Had the dumplings (better than the average resto... appetizer dumplings), tofu & veg bowl with garlic Serrano sauce, and the spicy WaBo chicken & veg bowl. Today I was treated to lunch by owner of company where I work. I ordered a value meal and the chicken that was placed on the bed... of rice I received had to be no more than one and a half ounces. Basically I Felt royally ripped off even though I didn?t payfor it. He paid over nine dollars with tax for my meal and it was basically for rice and four tiny dumplings. The lemonade thatI ordered with the special was pure water with a little bit of sugar in it. Where was the lemon? Where was the chicken? I havenever been more disappointed with a lunch. What a joke. Today, 5/24/21, I placed an online order 15 minutes prior to our arrival. After the order was placed, they indicated that it... would be ready in 11 minutes. Upon my arrival, 15 minutes later, the order wasn't ready. A customer walked in and place hisorder and received it before my order. I waited another 15 minutes before my order was ready. Pretty good food...horrible customer service! I've been going to this particular Waba Grill for over 5 years. And for the most... part the owners are okay. They will say hi and that's about it. However, when it comes to solving a simple issue like making amistake on my order...they lose it. They will instead of just fixing the simple problem...they will argue with you. Crazy! Read more
This waba location is super friendly, their food was hot and fresh. The rice was moist and the beef was tender. Gotta try their... plant base beef, I actually liked it more than the real beef. I think I just found my new go to place. Read more
