Thank goodness for tonight?s closing crew! I walked in 6 minutes before they closed (lost track of time & thought they were... open til 9pm, not 8pm). They graciously turned back on the toaster & pulled out all the fixings for my Thanksgiving sub. Iprofusely apologized as I know they were ready to call it a night, but they didn?t blink an eye & were efficient & kind. Talkabout great service with a smile! Kudos ladies! A worker, Seth, stopped me from using the restroom while I was waiting for my order to be cooked. He told me that they do not... have to make restrooms available because of the number of seats in the restaurant. I will be submitting a complaint to theMassachusetts Department of Health tomorrow morning, because Massachusetts law states that restrooms need to be available ifthere are 3 or more employees working when the request is made.
