I don't like to be that guy but I have to leave a negative review. I stopped by this dunkin got a drink and a sandwich ... Went through drive thru gave me my food order incomplete. Had to now go inside to get my order correct. Get home my coffee was... burnt worst cup of coffee I've ever had... Won't be visiting this Dunks again. Read more
Didn't get a receipt, so couldn't do the survey. Large iced hazelnut regular was great. Two sandwiches on bagels were not... toasted (cold) even though I asked for them toasted. I may be mistaken, but I believe it's dunkin standard to toast the bread.Tried to toast them at home, but the bacon and sausage grease made them soggy and they were just gross. Read more
We tried to order doughnuts at night from the drive through on Saturday Nov 12th. The lady was rude and cranky. She literally... told us that she hardly had any doughnuts when we asked her what she had available. We ended up telling her to just give us adozen of what she had because it seemed like such a huge inconvenience for her to tell us. Horrible customer service skills. Read more
