I always visit the lication on 138, Raynham, because staff is normally very quick, effivcient & friendly. However, a new hire... was not so much. She did NOT give me back the change I was owed for my irder and when I asked for it, was tokd she shut the drawand was nit alliwed to reopen it. I am sorry but it is just rude to assume people don't beed or want their change. FYI, I"ALWAYS" tip $ 1 for a Lge Unsweetened Iced Tea & did so on this day and she did not even say THANK YOU!... maybe because Icalmly told her her it is rude to auromatically keep the change owed to customers... I already have a tip ready to give you...she had an attitude from that point on. Although I understand why she did, she was still wrong and I have not been back theresince then! Read more

My husband and myself visit this Dunkin' donuts 7 days a week sometimes twice A-day and more than I want to count our coffees... have been wrong and when we bring it to their attention they argue with us and tell us that's what we ordered when in fact it isnot if I buy my coffee every day the same exact then I think I know my coffee! by far the worst Dunkins lately. We needed a bathroom stop (it wasn't clean) and the trash was overflowing. The kid on register gave me too much change back, and... didn't make my coffee right. A porta John would have filled our needs better. Read more
This Dunkin has pretty good uniform product quality. The actual closing time though is kind of strange sometimes they close at... 9:45 sometimes 5 minutes of 10 sometimes they close at 10:00 you don't know so if you want a coffee you better get there by 9:45p.m. the people are friendly there's no delay just know you want to not wait till the last minute Read more
This has to be the worst Dunkin. They are never open, and when they do, their door is always locked. What are these guys doing... in there? and why post you are open to all customers when you clearly aren't. Not to mention how awful they make their food, andcoffee, mgmt plz fix your store. Read more
