It's a McDonalds - that should set your baseline expectations. This one tends to be cleaner and more competently staffed than... usual. Be aware that since it is right on Rt 44 and convenient to access, it *will* have significant backups around majorcrunch times - which include picking up kids after school. Lots of parking as it shares a lot with the restaurant, and can usethe rest of the shopping plaza for overflow. Read more
Confused on how the heck these people slapped this sandwich together without the top bun
I go here all the time and on a regular basis the food is slapped together with no care at all. I understand that fast food is... not glamorous but when people buy food at a restaurant they expect it to at least be fully prepared. Also, giving someone adirty look when they tell you thank you is horrible customer service. I'm disappointed in how this place has gone downhill overthe last 20 years. Read more
Starting with the kid that was in the middle of taking my order walked away and never came back so we had no lunch to seeing the... manager standing by the frying station just frustrated but doing nothing to help this place sucks Read more
2 × 6 PC happy meal ,apple slices...both came to us as 5 PC & no apple slices & didn't substitute with extra fries. & the rest... of our order wasn't even close to being right. You can smell the pot off the kid at the window & he just couldn't pull himselftogether to fix the order. Read more
Rude staff. Messy food. And my fries literally are not cooked. ???? They rushed because the line was long. Pathetic!
They always give you old food that been sitting in the trays for hours if you don?t ask for fresh food expect it to be old and... even so they will try to put it back in oil to restore crispy and freshness but you can clearly tell poor store they need toclose or hire new employees Read more
