The girl who answered the phone didn?t get the order right. She repeated it to me like 8x?s. After all that repeating they still... didn?t get the order right when I picked it up. This busniess is doing very bad I am a former employee who worked everyday from 7-2 I am utterly dissatisfied on how I was... thrown to basically run around all by myself with almost little to no training. I was accused of stealing because the owner wasnot paying attention to how much she herself was taking out of the register..I am still owed money that I have not received..this women has threatened my mother and some how she is still able to run this business I would not recommend going here if yourlooking for a calm environment to dine and enjoy. CROSS-CONTAMINATION STATION! Today on July 20 I visited for brunch, only to be disappointed and utterly disgusted by my... experience. Let me preface first by saying this is not my first time stopping here for a quick bite to eat. I ordered theWestern Omelet, after waiting 35 minutes, my order came out completely wrong. The peppers, onions, and ham were all servedwithout being cut/chopped up! Basically a sandwich wrapped in egg. I sent the order back. While I was waiting for my order to befixed, I looked back into the kitchen area to find the waitress that was just handling cash at the register chopping upvegetables and helping on the grill in the kitchen. I stayed quiet and observed. I also noticed she went back and forth betweenhandling money and helping in the kitchen without washing her hands or even applying sanitizer once! I waited approximately 20more minutes to only be informed that they couldn't make my order in time and that they were going to refund me, no otheroptions were offered. At this time I asked why the service was so different than any other experience I've had at theirlocation. The waitress informed me that there was drama which caused the main chef to quit, thus explaining my order, and thatall 3 working staff were all new hires, and that today happened to be their first shift. I watched several people be refunded,several more turned away. Many orders being sent back to the kitchen. Every single customer there was not happy with theirexperience. I visited on July 9th. Not only were my eggs cooked wrong, the poor waitress was running around from table to table and trying... to keep up and the cook I?m assuming kept yelling at her from the back. I thought I would be stepping into a cozy family runhidden gem. I was completely disappointed. Not to mention the prices. The quality should match the prices. I could also see theback and grill area from the table I was seated at. I never once saw gloves on the cooks hands. Definitely will not be back. Read more
What a cute and fun breakfast place. They have a great menu of choices including Ala carte items. Come in and grab a fresh and... rich coffee to go. We had a bottomless cup with our breakfast. So so nice, not watered down at all with deep flavors. Theirbreakfast menu includes specialty coffees (hot and cold), frozen frappes, and fruit smoothies. Lunches include a variety ofsalads and sandwiches. We loved their unique spin with fresh ingredients. Stephanie worked from the moment we walked in helpingeach customer kindly. Our waitress was quick with the coffee and checked in yet never hovered. She was super friendly andprofessional. Taunton has a gem in its crown in this sweet little shop.
