Just waited for 20 minutes at a host stand to never be acknowledged! Waiting was not the issue but not seeing an employee for 20... minutes is concerning. Not the first time we’ve had this experience at this location. There was 3 people running the whole restaurant. Two of them did nothing, took forever to get seated along with other people.... The bartender was doing everyone’s jobs, hosting, taking orders, serving and running the bar while the other two sat aroundand hide in the back. The bartender deserves a raise. Read more
Like coming here, especially when Lindsey is working. She is a great waitress/bartender/hostess and always has a smile no matter... how busy she may be. She is the main reason we go here for years and she has never let us down. Read more

I have celiac disease and they have great gluten free options here including a gluten free hamburger bun. They have drink... specials as well starting at $2.00 a beer, 4 dollar cocktails and 5 dollar wine. Read more
Been going here for years but will never go again. Ordered 4 meals TO GO 6pm on a Thursday night, parking lot- EMPTY. Restaurant... inside - EMPTY. That should have been my first clue something was wrong. Long story short, 3 of the 4 meals were INEDIBLE theywere burned so badly. The inside of 2 of the brioche buns for 2 sandwiches were blackened, I mean blacker than the shirt I'mwearing right now. I've never seen anything like it. I couldn't even scrape it off. I don't understand why they would havecontinued to make the sandwiches knowing how burnt the buns were!!!! And the burger patty was supposed to be Med-Rare...It wasbeyond well done! 1 brioche bun was NOT burned but then the burger itself was also burned beyond well done. The only thing theydidn't mess up was an order of chicken fingers, which let's face it, kind of hard to ruin that. I'm not one to complain, in factthe only other time i've gone public with a complaint was for that dentist lady of out Taunton, Dr. Hamilton, yeah stay awayfrom her....LOL!!! But I had to call the restaurant, if only just to alert the manager and warn him that they're messing uppretty badly back there in the kitchen and creating some very angry customers in the meantime. And let me tell you, Corey, themanager, he sounded just as whacked out as the entire kitchen staff must have been. He was like, "ummm, errrr, ahhhhh, yeah wellgee, sorry about that". Didn't offer to remake it or offer a discount next time or any consolation whatsoever. I wasn't reallyexpecting anything, I've never even called a restaurant before with a complaint. So I was just like this place sucks and I'mgoing to write a google review for anyone who would like to read this. Stay away from TGI Fridays until they get their acttogether. Because they sure did ruin my family's dinner and we wasted $56.00 over the worst restaurant experience possibly in myentire life. Thank you for reading. Read more
