This location would not make an oatmilk latte - said they can't steam oatmilk??? All other Dunkin's can steam oatmilk. Every... other coffee shop in the world can make an oatmilk latte - except this one. Skip this location. Read more
Only two employees working during morning rush. Long line inside all the way to door and packed drive threw. More employees... needed to keep up with rush. Both the employees working were working as fast as possible but need help. Do us all a favor andhire them some help. Read more
On our way back home we stopped in for a nice hot coffee and a couple of donuts. It wasn't busy so parking was not a problem... there's plenty of parking here they have wheelchair parking as well as wheelchair accessible entrance. The employees werefriendly. The coffee was extremely scalding! The donuts were very tasty so it took an extra minute to be able to have our firstsip of coffee due to the fact that it was so hot, that being said the coffee did not disappoint it is still to me much much muchbetter than any coffee you can buy at starbucks!! Every time I go (which is a lot) it is worse than the last time! They have the worst customer service! I don?t know why it... shocks me every time. The way they talk to me like I am annoying for being there?. and then the food is aways wrong. Never goingagain! When I say rude people I mean RUDE! I work in the service industry and could never imagine talking to customers the waythey do!!! Try to go to any other Dunkin besides this one! Read more
Much smaller than most, only 2 employees working both window and counter, limited menu. I had the raisin bagel with cream cheese... and a medium ice tea. Read more
