The manager, Terry, made my sandwich exactly like I wanted it. I asked for alot of some of the ingredients and she provided... that. A few weeks ago I went to another Subway in Lake Harris Square and the service was terrible there and they will not makeyour sandwich the way you want it. Do not place an order online or through the app!!!! Google and their website says they close at 10pm but apparently a sign in... the store says they close at 6pm. I placed an order last night through the app and it went through and charged my card. I showup and the gas station clerk says they left hours ago and she could hear their system going off. Corporate can?t get me a refundand I called this morning. The employee who picked up the phone said she can?t give me a refund either. Says I need to come intoday to pick them up because they closed their systems last night and can?t access those orders. The woman who answered thephone this morning said that they?re understaffed which is completely understandable and I?m not mad at that, I just wish theyhad closed their systems so orders wouldn?t go through while they?re closed. Apparently their hours are always inconsistent so Iwould just go in instead of placing online. They will not give refunds!! Read more

Awful customer service....2 Employees openly and loudly used profanity as the disagreed about a work concern that should have... never come to the public's ears. Management could not take control of the situation and could offer a meek apology. Read more

No way was my sub double protein like I paid for. They also didn't have the bread I selected online so my door dash driver had... to contact me. I'm not sure why the shop didn't contact Me directly like the other places I order from do when they're out ofsomething I'm just ordering from a different store next time I'm completely dissatisfied. We have tried to call this place and they never answer their phone. We did a online order for delivery for $36.25 at 12:06 pm... they took the money and we didn't get nothing!!!! Awful. Just awful. I don?t mean the food, I mean the customer service. Talking bad about people on disability and food stamps.... Not sure what happened during the hiring process, but they obviously didn?t hire anyone who cares. Management should check outwho was scheduled Tuesday 8/31/2021 at 3PM. I?ve never been so humiliated, rushed, and disappointed at the same time.. I NEVERgive bad reviews, but when an employee is just plain rude, talks badly about the establishment they currently work at, talksdown on their fellow Americans, then rushes me just to get my order wrong, I don?t know-seems pretty worthy of a bad review.Just awful customer service. Rushing just to go sit down in the back. Don?t work somewhere that deals with people if you?re justa grumpy lady. Read more
