First of all I want to say I LOVE taco bell and will continue to come here no matter what. Second of all, why do y?all?s sweet... tea SUCK? it?s always watered down and almost clear colored and I always order it hoping it?ll be different :( But anyways,tonight you guys surprised me. Not enough employees to handle the floor and the drive thru. I was forced to use a kiosk to order. Then no printed reciet and my... order was wrong. No drinks given until we were almost finished with the meal. I don't live in the area so No I won't be back.Management should be ashamed for pushing employees to give bad service. Read more

I had never tried their breakfast. Kind of odd crunch wrap filled with bacon, potatoes and egg with their taco seasoning. The... ads make a big deal about the breakfast box but the crunch wrap a potato cake 2 Cinnabon donut holes and a small coffee wasn?timpressive. On a side note the order taker had trouble adding cream and sugar to my coffee and I had to explain it to her. Hahaha Read more
Slow, which is fine as long as the order is right. Mine was right but then we ate there. Others coming to pickup always came... back saying something was wrong. They may be busy but noone greeted the front counter ever or no smiles. Sad place. Read more
I would give them negative if possible. Staff is rude and totally unable to help you. They suck including the assistant... manager Tina. I ordered on line from the app. I show up to pick up my order. Walk in they don't know any thing about it. Employees are eating what looks like my order. I was told that online orders are not their problem. I should call the officebecause that is how you fix a problem. I showed the receipt for my purchase which Tina was not interested at looking at. Soeasy to fix the problem if they had any employees that cared about what they do. Why not give me what I paid for? My creditcard was charged and I left with nothing in my hand. That is theft. I had ordered ahead on the app and when I got there the food was not ready and part of the items weren't available and needed to... be traded. If an item is out at a particular store the app should reflect it. Read more
