Ordered pizza that never came.... called twice and they said it?s out for delivery both times still no pizza 3 hours later
This Domino?s has THE worst service I?ve ever experienced from a Domino?s, and that?s coming from a local that?s been ordering... from them for years. Unfortunately, they are the only chain (cheap) pizza place for 50 miles so your options are limited. As acompany, they?ve just changed their ?2 for $5.99?. $5.99 is now only for carry out Anne delivery is $6.99. That?s on top of the$4 delivery charge (that does NOT go to the driver!!). But they aren?t paying their drivers more, so customers are stillexpected to tip, on top of the increased prices? Read more
It?s been almost two hours now since I placed my order and still no pizza. I called the restaurant and the manager was... incredibly rude, saying the order was out but he had no idea when it would be delivered. It appears at this point it won?t bedelivered at all. This is the worst franchise of Domino?s that I have tried to conduct business with. Extremely unhelpful, rude staff. Their motto... is clearly, ?you get what you get,? if you are lucky enough to get anything at all. Good luck ordering here. Their pizza is notworth the hassle. Order from one of the local, non franchised, places. The other local places like Enrico?s, Old Tavernier,Tower of Pizza, or Upper Crust, all have much better tasting pizza and their customer service is far superior. Read more
