Ordered pizza that never came.... called twice and they said it?s out for delivery both times still no pizza 3 hours later
This Domino?s has THE worst service I?ve ever experienced from a Domino?s, and that?s coming from a local that?s been ordering... from them for years. Unfortunately, they are the only chain (cheap) pizza place for 50 miles so your options are limited. As acompany, they?ve just changed their ?2 for $5.99?. $5.99 is now only for carry out Anne delivery is $6.99. That?s on top of the$4 delivery charge (that does NOT go to the driver!!). But they aren?t paying their drivers more, so customers are stillexpected to tip, on top of the increased prices? Read more
It?s been almost two hours now since I placed my order and still no pizza. I called the restaurant and the manager was... incredibly rude, saying the order was out but he had no idea when it would be delivered. It appears at this point it won?t bedelivered at all. Don?t waste your time or money with this place. Read more
This is the worst franchise of Domino?s that I have tried to conduct business with. Extremely unhelpful, rude staff. Their motto... is clearly, ?you get what you get,? if you are lucky enough to get anything at all. Good luck ordering here. Their pizza is notworth the hassle. Order from one of the local, non franchised, places. The other local places like Enrico?s, Old Tavernier,Tower of Pizza, or Upper Crust, all have much better tasting pizza and their customer service is far superior. Read more
On the phone for 17 minutes, the employee that picked up the phone, said her intro. And set the phone on the counter..I heard... everything that was being said in the store for the next 17 minutes, while waiting on the line. I placed my pizza order ....myonline order was 9 minutes into its preparation before someone picked the phone from the counter and hung up on me...no one isthat busy...ridiculous customer service. Try a local Italian eatery here in Islamorada before choosing this chain! Read more
Two days in a row I placed an order and waited an hour from the quality check on the pizza tracker to call and ask about my... pizza, to then be told they?re busy without any apology, or attempt to rectify the issue. I understand the employees can?tcontrol the workload, but they can reach out to let customers know they may have to wait an hour and a half to get their food. Read more
Ordered pizza online and went to store to pick it up. Forgot my mask and manager asked if I would wear one next time, I said yes... while paying. I did not receive a receipt so I asked for one. The manager (Nick) told me to go F____k myself. The pizza wasn'tbad, but I'll never go to a domino's again. Read more
"Cooked to perfection" (Highly Recommend) This location has Great service! We order online at least once a month sometimes... twice. When getting takeout the staff are fast/friendly & when getting delivery the driver always show up within the time givenOTP (usually in less time) & their pizzas are always Hot & Delicious! Read more
