Ridiculous! It?s a Sunday morning Ofcourse there?s gonna be people needing coffee. There?s only one girl working while there?s... people waiting for over 20 mins inside the store as well as cars parked in the drive thru. I don?t blame her. She?s working sohard and she?s no machine. Brianna was very rude and interruptive. She was also activly eating doughnuts while taking our order and speaking about our... order with her mouth stuffed full of food. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Her response to my obvious disgust was simply?I?m hungry?. Read more
To begin with, they have a sign up, pretty much WARNING customers to ?behave?. On then other end, you?re the one dealing with... the worst attitude from the employees. Never coming back. Read more
Bad customer service. Food was great but their customer service tainted the experience.
Let?s start off with the sign on their door that says ?the whole world is short on staff. Be kind to those that showed up!!??... okay?.. However, you walk in and no one is kind AT ALL. You can tell they do not like their job. Horrible service. Read more
Fabulous staff. Clean and well maintained location along with great tasting menu items made everyone happy.
Very busy all weekend. They were out of most menu items. No drinks in cooler, no iced coffee, no bacon, etc. Cashier stated... corporate doesn't send them enough and they run at early every weekend. Someone needs to do better ordering for this franchiseor at least make a sign stating what they're out of so you don't have to wait in a long line to find out. Read more
Chairs on tables, so obviously not wanted to dine in, that's fine outside seating was available. They were very short staffed, ... like every where. But the attitude was unnecessary. Working retail (specifically food) it very difficult. I go out of my wayto be helpful and understanding. Not everyone coming in is out to make your day worse! Read more
