Nice clean store and friendly service. I was able to order at the counter and not have to use the machine so that's a plus.... Maybe it was just me but the pancakes seemed extra fluffy today. Definitely a lot cheaper than some of the surroundingrestaurants here in the keys. Read more
At 8:00 the men's toilet was a disaster, no soap in the dispenser. The women behind the counter were very rude and have no idea... what the word hospitality means. They wouldn't wait on us but instead instructed us to use the kiosk. We placed our order, putour table number in, there was no paper to print the recipient. We sat at our table waiting for our food and eventuallysomeone yelled over is your order 216? I replied that I don't know because we did not get a receipt. She asked if we weretable 32? Ummm....just bad customer service. They did manage to get the order correct so they got 2 stars. Read more
Its a Mcdonalds. The staff here is incredible and the food is great. Better than some of the mcdonalds near where i live!
Went inside McDonald's to order foods,waited 6 to 10 minutes and there wasn't any worker to help me at all. There was a lady... cleaning the tables and didn't acknowledge me. There were workers working at drive through only. So I left. I was verydisappointed. Read more
I come here very frequently. The lines are usually kind of crowded. They usually get my order correct but sometimes they mess it... up so I always check that they did it correct. I can tell whenever I come at night the food taste a lot better because the linesaren?t long at night. I think this a okay McDonald?s that is very convenient. Overall this is a good McDonald?s and they do agreat job most of the time. Read more

I normally wouldn?t write a review for a fast food chain unless the service is great or extremely horrible and the reason is... because you almost know what you will be getting when you are visiting this kind of restaurant. I stopped at this location onmy way to Key West, their service was fast and friendly the location was super clean including the restrooms. Food was freshlycooked and hot.
