The staff here is amazing. Amazing service. Their steeped tea machine was broken, thir staff went out of the way to still make... me stepped tea without the machine and only charged me for a small stepped tea when I ordered a median. Then the server asked meif I didn't like the taste of the tea he would make me another one. Just amazing to experience that. Read more

Ordered a chai latte tea and only got a chai tea another time ordered a black coffee and it tasted horrible not sure how you can... screw that up! This Tim?s is very poor service very slow and they don?t listen to what you want ! Go to Stratford or Woodstockyou will get better service . Don?t waste your time at this restaurant! Horrible mobile order. Placed order and went down to pick it up 10 min after order. Waited while 6 other orders in line were... processed. Finally got someone's attention and they wondered what I was waiting for. Told them a mobile order placed 20minutes ago. They couldn't find it and started making my drinks from my phone. Gave me drinks and then walked away. Imentioned I had food as well. Cook proceeded to yell at guy I was dealing with. Then heard someone say found order. They thenmade food and forgot items. My FIRST LOW RATING. We stood in line for over 10 minutes before anyone came to see us. It was NOT busy. Not even drive through.... So no reason to keep walking by ignoring the couple people in line. Unfortunately, both drinks were made wrong. I don't complain.. however, I will never return to this Tim Hortons. Read more
So slow and their grill was down but wasn't properly communicated. They made no mention as to an issue when we ordered a grilled... cheese...ended up receiving 2 pieces of untoasted bread with 4 slices of cheese and a whole bunch of shredded cheese loose inthe sandwich. Who is going to eat that? Was asked which donuts we wanted 3 different times and still was almost given the wrongones. I'd like to note that we had gone inside too, dealing with all this. We found service here to be comparatively slow to the average Tim Hortons. They had a unique drive-thru where you could join the... drive thru from two directions which I can only imagine is chaotic when busier. Drive thru attendant was less than enthusiasticabout her job. Stood and waited in the lobby for a several minutes. There were at least five staff members out front, some in back, young an... changing lobby garbage leaving two bags on the entrance floor to chat with someone in the back. Many made eye contact, no oneacknowledged I was there, not even a "I will be with you shortly". I left. Read more
