Was visiting family from another state sister said this was her favorite place. Staff was friendly but the cheese tasted fake &... came prepackaged like dipping sauce along with the pretzels overcooked and hard. Sis says the cheese never came prepackaged andthe pretzels were always fresh. Just a bad day I guess? Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars. There is no reason to stop making pretzels so early prior to the actual closing time so that 20-30... minutes before ?closing? the workers just stand there telling people they are all out of all pretzel items. Ridiculous!! It?sbeen like this multiple times! You?re losing customers and have lost my business. Is this the direction from management? Read more

Any other auntie annies accommodated me not wanting salt on my pretzel bites. This one I was told she cant do it because she... wouldnt have enough for her other pretzels.....there were alreadly cups of salted pretzels prepared. Not returning. Read more
OMG I love their pretzels! I have been eating here for years,I can't tell you how long it's been. I remember when they didn't... have the pretzel sicks, now that they have them it's more convenient. Especially since I have to have the awesome cheese dipwith them! I never see them without salt, now that would make it even better. Read more
Went to pick up a doordash and they weren't even busy but acted confused and surprised I was there.. I only parked, walked... through the whole mall...but you had no idea to start the order until I got there?? Rightttttt. Thats not how it works. I letthe customer know they hadn't even started it, had time to go pick up another order ACROSS the street, outside of the mall thatcame in after...and somehow they knew to have my order ready! By the time I got back, they were still finishing up like onething of pretzels. I swear, some of these restaurants just want to screw around with dashers. I won't be back and highlyrecommend you don't order from here unless u want to wait an hour to get one pretzel. Read more
