NEVER get so called all day breakfast in the afternoon. I ordered classic breakfast with over medium to hard eggs, meats, hash... browns, and well done whole wheat bread - well done and coffee. First of all eggs were runny, partially uncooked, and oily. Iasked for fresh coffee and I got Luke warm coffee that was probably sitting for hours. Meats were most likely left over frommorning - limp and cold ( I had asked for crisp bacon and fresh well done sausages) smelling of burnt oil. I couldn't finish themeal and got up to pay. To add insult to injury, they have pre determined tips on credit cards payments whether you like it ornot. With the waitress standing right there, I couldn't bring myself to press 'no tip' and pressed 18% option - increased fromusual 15%. 10% tip option was removed from the options. Of course prices of everything were elevated due to 'inflation'. Thewaitress was nor courteous nor interested. Probably over worked and disgruntled. The cook probably was just picked up from thestreet. Never again will eat at Big Boy ever again in my life! Read more
Always love going to big boys with my daughter and boyfriend, never a complaint. First time going to this one normally go to... Romulus, only thing was upset about is they didn't have corn. Lol. But really, applaud the waitresses patience because of mycrazy daughter and rude mom. Very busy, but still made sure experience was great. Very clean. Read more
Arrived at 8:15 PM with my fiance and 9month old and was told that they were closing early because they had "somebody coming to... clean". Yet one guy pushing a mop bucket, four workers sitting out back on the curb smoking, three upfront and one waitressserving drinks to a group of 5.. didnt count the lady that ordered cleaninf service. No wonder you guys are dying slowly, headedto Ramshorn down the street, wont be back unless its a car show. And ill order from somewhere else lol Read more
Fantastic big boy experience here. Staff is great even with new additions, hiring managers know how to pick friendly people for... sure. They brought back the breakfast buffet and added the kielbasas and peppers! So good ???? Read more
First time back at this restaurant in a long time, the food has really changed. My sisters ciabatta sandwich looked great, and... my Michigan salad was excellent. Bonus they have a blondie brownie dessert that is delicious. Friendly and fast server too Read more
This was such a nice clean restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the southern omelette & loved it. Our server was... super pleasant &bvery nice. Kept our coffee full & hot. I would absolutely eat there again. Read more

I have not been to Big Boy in quite some time. It's been remodeled and it looks very nice. Our food was great. Missed my SLIM... JIM. Our waitress was very very nice and did her job well. We will be back for your potato pancakes when you bring them back. Read more
